- Take responsibility for your own environment and setup
- Keep discussions productive and focused
- No politics drama
Support Standards
XyraPanel is MIT-licensed and open-source. Support is voluntary and not guaranteed.
- Do not spam or pressure maintainers
- Do not demand fixes, features, or instant responses
- Always check the documentation before asking for help
- Do basic research and troubleshooting first
- Support channels are for real issues, not for teaching fundamentals
- Understand how to use your machine
Reporting Issues
To ensure issues are useful and actionable:
- Search existing issues before opening a new one
- Provide steps to reproduce the problem
- Include logs, system information, and environment details
- Avoid vague reports like “it doesn’t work”
- Do not bump, spam, or repeatedly repost issues
Reporting Vulnerabilities
Never disclose vulnerabilities publicly.
- Use GitHub’s private security reporting features
- Provide detailed, clear information about the vulnerability
- Do not exploit the issue or share it outside the report
- Allow maintainers reasonable time to patch
